During the live demonstration, Brian engaged in a voice-powered interaction with our voice-recognition AI by ordering a burger combo. The AI seamlessly guided him through the process, even suggesting to make his original order a combo and confirming his order. The AI then asked Brian if he’d like to add anything else to his order to which Brian responds, “No, I think I’m good. I’m done, bye.” This seamless dialogue between the customer (in this demo, Brian) and the AI-powered voice technology showcases the natural and intuitive experience offered by Interplay.
