Why? Because inclusive environments enhance innovation. That's one reason we Iterators joined Dr. Stefanie Johnson and Ms. Tanya Barnett to launch Inclusify.com.
Our technologically-advanced platform will include dynamic inclusion profiles for tracked corporations and organizations, scoring systems, HR tools, research about belonging, real-time DIB news, and more.
Dr. Johnson wrote WSJ bestseller INCLUSIFY: Harnessing the power of uniqueness and belonging to build innovative teams (pub. Harper Collins) in 2020 and is a 12-time contributor to the Harvard Business Review. She's spoken at the White House and she's a finalist for the bi-annual Thinkers50 2021 Award which has been identifying, ranking, and recognizing the very best in management thinking for two decades.
Having been granted $3.8 million by third parties for research, Dr. Johnson, a professor at the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, is passionate about finding strategies to maximize employee innovation, engagement, and well-being by (1) overcoming unconscious bias and (2) building more diverse and inclusive workplaces. Inclusify.com will be one of her important avenues for reaching a wide global audience and translating research into action so organizations can maximize their ROI on D&I.
Ms. Barnett launched the pioneering BE Tech Scholars Program for the University of Colorado. This multi-year program for intellectually curious students from the Leeds School of Business and College of Engineering and Applied Science aspires to embolden future leaders, create an inclusive tech industry, and catapult women into becoming bold leaders in the tech field. The program was inundated with applications when it launched in 2020 as an outgrowth of the Leeds and College of Engineering’s co-curricular partnership.
