AI for Heart Attack Risk

Using predictive AI to evaluate heart attack risks and communicate alerts using a variety of communication tools, such as chatbots and messaging apps.

AI for Heart Attack Risk

Interplay's® machine learning script uses basic health information (e.g., age, sex, blood pressure, serum cholesterol, max heart rate) and other lab-measured inputs to predict the risk of a heart attack. Although this is not intended as an in-clinic official procedure yet, it does show the increasing capability of drawing reasonable inferences from common data points.

These predictor models could be used in personal health apps as consumers look to monitor their own health at a more granular level. Models like this could also be impactful at the macro-level, where public policy can be informed by basic demographic information and appropriate medical care costs can be estimated (e.g., a retirement community would have different models compared to a young suburban community).

The core AI predictor within Interplay can be connected to messaging apps via Twilio, chatbots, or other messaging platforms.  It can also be incorporated into a legacy code base for a hospital group or public policy database.
