Our company 'dbDefend' has two products providing SQL-based database security. We support most major databases, including SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle.
The first product is dbAudit, which protects against deliberate attempts to damage your database, for example changing all passwords to NULL, which can be done in a 6-word SQL 'UPDATE' command. Attempts can be alerted via Email or text message, and optionally can be blocked.
The second product is dbWatch, which looks at all activity on the database including 'SELECT' statements, and detects attempts to extract data in bulk, for example all credit card numbers. Attempts can be alerted via Email or text message.
