Assistant Manager-Business Transformation – Level IIGraduate / post graduate in any discipline with : · 6+ years of related work experience with demonstrated Transition / Offshoring / Business change Projects, Project management & process improvement experience in the insurance domain. End to End understanding of Transition Project Management life cycle is mandatory.· Experience should include participation in the delivery of at least 7+projects or programmes. Analysis of opportunities and consequences across multi-discipline business processes and systems is required· PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project/ programme management certification would be an added advantage
Assistant Manager–Continuous Improvement+Graduate / post graduate in any discipline with : • Graduate / post graduate in any discipline• 7 and more years of work experience with at least 2 years’ of hands on experience in LEAN / Six Sigma• Leading Black / Blue Belt / LEAN projects & demonstrating in depth knowledge of the Continuous Improvement tools and techniques• Extending coaching and mentoring support to the Blue / Yellow Belt Project teams.• Training & facilitation of Continuous Improvement (LEAN / Six Sigma) workshops• Driving awareness & initiatives to promote a continuous improvement in culture to embed OPEX / LEAN / Six Sigma methodology• Managing the CSAT Surveys.
Assistant Manager Business Transformation – Level II & III Manager – Business Transformation Graduate / post graduate in any discipline with :· 5 - 9 + years of related/relevant work experience with demonstrated experiences at least in 2 out of the following areas (better 3) Organizational transformation, operational excellence, change management projects· Very good understanding of Project Management / PMO processes, techniques and mastering the necessary tooling (SharePoint, Microsoft, remote presentation etc.)· Trained or Certified PRINCE 2 / PMP or other equivalent project management certification.· Project Management Skills· Business skills: break complex subjects into manageable pieces; determine status quo, business requirements, target and course of action· Change Management, including stakeholder management, change curve, communication.
